Day-by-day

What actually happens in week one

Most sites are live within 5 working days. Here's what each day looks like.

Day 1

Kickoff call

We hop on a 20-minute call to talk through your business, your customers, and the jobs you want more of. No homework. No design lingo. Just a normal chat.

Day 2

Brief locked in

We send you a short brief summarising what we're building. You read it, sign it off, and we crack on. If we got anything wrong, you tell us — we fix it before any code is written.

Days 3–4

Build

Charlie hand-codes your site from scratch. Mobile-first. Fast. Built around the jobs you actually want — not generic agency fluff.

Day 5

Preview & tweaks

We send you a preview link. You scroll through, tell us what to change, and we make the tweaks the same day. As many rounds as you need.

Day 6 / Live

Domain switch & launch

Once you're happy, we point your domain at the new site. Cutover is invisible — no downtime, no broken links. You're live.

Ongoing

We handle the rest

Hosting, SSL, content updates, monthly SEO if you're on Tier 3 — all handled. You just keep doing what you do best.

What we need from you

Not much. Honestly. Here's the lot.

Your logo (if you have one)

PNG, SVG, or even a photo of one off your van — we'll clean it up. No logo? We'll build a clean wordmark for you for free.

Photos of your work (if you have them)

Phone photos are fine. Don't have any? We'll use stock photography that matches your trade — and you can swap them out anytime.

Basic info

Your phone number, your service area, your main services. We'll prompt you on anything missing — you don't need to write a brief.

That's it

No long-form questionnaires. No discovery workshops. No design committees. We do the work; you do the trade.

What if I change my mind during the build?

It happens. You see the first draft and realise you want something different. That's fine — that's exactly why we send you the preview before going live.

Tell us what you want changed and we'll change it. As many rounds as you need. We don't tap our watches or charge you per revision. We'd rather take an extra day and ship a site you're proud of than rush a site you're not.

If you decide partway through that it's not for you at all — no problem. You haven't paid us a penny yet (no setup fee, remember?) so you can walk away with no awkwardness. We'd rather you say so than try to push through something that doesn't fit.
