Why do you build the website for free?
Because we make our money from the monthly fee, not from charging you a big setup cost upfront. That way you only pay when the site is live and working for you. If you stop paying, we stop providing the service.
What happens if I stop paying?
The website comes down. We're upfront about that — you stop paying, we stop providing the service. But your domain stays with you (it's registered in your name), your emails keep working, and you can rebuild elsewhere whenever you're ready.
How long until my site is live?
Most sites go live within 5 working days from the kickoff call. Bigger builds (more pages, e-commerce, custom features) can take 7–10 days. We'll tell you a realistic timeline before you commit.
Do I own the domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and you pay the annual renewal as the registrant. If you ever leave us, the domain stays yours and we transfer the DNS controls over to you within 5 working days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract and no minimum term in your monthly plan. Give us 30 days' notice, your domain transfers to you, and you keep your emails.
Do I get to keep my emails if I leave?
Yes. Your email accounts stay live on your domain whether the website is up or down. You don't lose anything you've sent or received.
Why are your prices lower than other agencies?
We're a small studio with low overheads, we build everything hand-coded (no expensive page-builder licences), and we work with a lot of UK tradespeople so we've got the process down to a science. Big agencies charge £3,000 upfront because they have offices, salespeople, and account managers to pay for. We don't.
Will I have to sign a contract?
No long-term contract. You sign a simple monthly agreement that you can cancel with 30 days' notice. That's it.
