There is no contract, and if you ever want to leave and take the site with you, a one-off £600 buyout makes the store yours outright to host wherever you like.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No — not a penny. Every payment goes through your own payment provider, such as Stripe, connected to your own business bank account. We are never the merchant of record and we never touch, hold or handle your transactions. The only fees on a sale are your payment provider's standard card processing fees. Our £79.99/month covers the store, hosting, updates and support — it never scales with your revenue.
